Role Overview
We are seeking a smart, dedicated, and passionate Programs Officer to drive the foundation’s annual activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, implementing, and monitoring programs that align with our mission to empower children through quality education.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute the foundation’s programs and projects.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of ongoing initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including donors, volunteers, and community leaders.
- Prepare reports and updates on program progress.
- Support fundraising and advocacy efforts.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (BSc/HND) in Social Sciences or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in program management, community development, or a similar role.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for community development and child empowerment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
